2008-09 Grants

Most years the Entrekin Foundation gives away approximately $40,000 in small grants to mostly local organizations. In 2008-09 thirty-six grants ranging in size from $200 to $10,000 were given. Forty-three percent of all grant monies went to the Arts. Twenty-five percent went to environmental organizations and twenty-three percent to Humanitarian Relief. The remaining nine percent went to Medical Research and Treatments.
